Terms and conditions 1. Booking & Payment· Full payment is required to secure the booking.· any remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.· Payments can be made via [specify accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, etc.].2. Cancellation Policy· Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: Full refund of deposit.· Cancellations made within 3–6 days: 50% refund of deposit.· Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: No refund.3. Guest Count & Menu Finalization· Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.· Any significant dietary restrictions or allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking.4. Service Inclusions· Prices start £500, The base package includes: menu planning, grocery shopping, on-site cooking, basic setup, serving, and basic cleanup. This does not include food, VAT, or expenses.· Any additional services (e.g., bartending, travel, equipment rental, entertainment or masterclasses) must be requested and confirmed in advance.5. Host Responsibilities· The host must provide access to the home and outdoor space at least 2 hours prior to the event start.· Access to power, water, and basic kitchen facilities may be required.· Children and Pets should be secured away from the cooking and serving areas.6. Liability & Damages· We are not liable for any damages to the host’s property caused by guests, pets, or weather conditions.· The service provider is insured, but the host assumes responsibility for ensuring the event environment is safe.7. Food Safety· All food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety standards.· Leftovers are the responsibility of the host once the service has ended.8. Weather Considerations· In the event of bad weather, if event is outdoors an alternative indoor setup or rescheduling will be discussed, but cannot be guaranteed.· Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless otherwise agreed.9. Photos & Marketing· With your consent, photos from the event may be used for promotional purposes.· You may opt out by notifying us in writing.10.
