Yes. We create bespoke in-home dining experiences for small and large groups. Each menu is tailored to your preferences and built around bold flavour, seasonal ingredients, and Māori principles of connection and hospitality.

2. Can I book a cooking class or masterclass?
Yes. We offer private and group masterclasses focused on flavour, balance, and creative technique. You can book through our contact page, and we’ll help you plan the right session.

3. Do you collaborate with brands or restaurants?
We work with restaurants, food producers, and creative teams on recipe development, menu design, and visual direction through Kaiwhenua Ltd. Send us an enquiry if you would like to collaborate.

4. Do you do food demonstrations or events?
Yes. We host live cooking demonstrations and events that explore Māori-inspired flavours and techniques. Follow our social pages for upcoming dates.

5. Do you offer photography or video work?
Yes. We create food and brand visuals that reflect culture, flavour, and story. We work with chefs, restaurants, and producers to build authentic, high-quality content.

6. Where are KAI BY MATBLAK sauces made?
All our sauces are produced in London at a five-star facility in Croydon. Each batch is made in small quantities using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

7. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we deliver across the UK. International delivery will be added soon.

8. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

9. How are the sauces packaged?
We use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging. Each bottle is packed securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Yes. Our sauces make a thoughtful gift. You can include a message at checkout for a personalised note.

Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Once opened, refrigerate and use within four weeks for the best flavour.
