Private dining. Matt comes to you.
You provide the space. Matt brings everything else — the menu, the ingredients, the fire, and thirty eight years of knowing exactly what to do with all of it.
Kai at Home is for birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, and any occasion where the food should be the thing people talk about afterwards. Menus are built around you, your guests, and what's in season. No two evenings are the same.
No Big Green Egg at home? Not a problem. We can bring one.
Dates available in October. Enquiries taken by email only.
For groups, venues, and anyone who wants to cook better.
Matt has taught at Borough Kitchen, The Ned Hotel, Birstall Garden Buildings and events across the UK. Masterclasses cover live fire cooking, Māori food traditions, fermentation, pickling, and flavour building — tailored to the group and the occasion.
Available for:
Private groups
Corporate events
Food festivals and venues
Brand partnerships
Past collaborators include Big Green Egg, Maldon Salt, YETI and Borough Kitchen.
