Ingredients
• 50 ml white rum
• 50 ml maple smoked pineapple vinegar
• 100 ml chilled soda water
• Ice
• Squeeze of lime
• dehydrated pineapple crisp for garnish
Method
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add the rum and smoked pineapple vinegar. Stir until chilled.
3. Top with soda water and a squeeze of lime.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple crisp
